A creamy dip served with fresh tortilla chips and french bread slices

Braised short rib bolognese

Slow braised cuts of beef in a house-made tomato sauce cooked for hours Sides - served with parpadelle pasta, French bread grilled garlic toast, Parmesan cheese and fresh basil

Teriyaki chicken skewers

Teriyaki marinated chicken skewers grilled over an open flame topped with sesame seeds and green onion Sides - sushi rice, grilled veggies, edamame, lemons, teriyaki sauce

Butter chicken

Marinated chicken thighs grilled to perfection mixed with a masala gravy Sides - basmati rice, Raita, cucumber and tomato salad, lemons, bite sized naan

Bulgogi beef bowls

Thin sliced Korean Marinated strip steak topped with sesame seeds and green onions Sides - sushi rice, spicy cucumbers, pickled daikon and carrot, lemons, siracha aioli

Machaca tacos

Slow braised spiced beef grilled with onions and Pasilla peppers topped with cilantro Sides - Mexican rice, black beans, cilantro, onions, salsa, limes, tortillas

Tikka Tacos

Marinated chicken thighs charbroiled then diced small into taco size pieces Sides - mint chutney, Raita, marinated onions, limes, tortillas

10” s’mores cheesecake

Homemade graham cracker crust filled with Hershey’s semi sweet chocolate cheesecake topped with browned marshmallow whip, serves 12-16. (2 cake min)
